Vienna's most family-friendly businesses have been awarded.

In five categories, Viennese companies and organizations were recognized for their commitment to family-friendliness, recognizing it not just as a buzzword but as a lived reality within their corporate culture. The expert jury honored businesses that impressed with innovative measures to reconcile family and career – from flexible working hours and further training to reintegration after parental leave and support services for caring for relatives.
A central theme that ran like a common thread through all submissions this year was the involvement of fathers in family management – an area in which more and more companies are taking courageous and inspiring paths.

This ensures that the companies' commitment is recognized not only at the regional but also at the national level.
