Under the motto "We deliver for you," Toyota Material Handling presented groundbreaking solutions for efficient, sustainable, and future-proof material flow design at LogiMAT 2025. The focus was on electric forklifts, automated warehouse solutions, and energy-efficient drive technologies.

Toyota has always pursued the goal of offering its customers customized and efficient solutions. The LogiMAT 2025 trade fair motto underscores this ambition and also its determination to actively shape the transformation of intralogistics. Toyota demonstrated this with energy-efficient technologies and applications that increase sustainability, efficiency, and transparency in the warehouse and can be flexibly integrated. In "The Lab," on the other hand, pioneering technologies such as autonomous vehicles, drones, and AI-supported systems were on display. These, along with strategic partnerships such as with robotics specialist Gideon, are further strengthening Toyota's innovative strength.

The focus was on the new Traigo 48 Volt models, which offer outstanding performance, modern design, and maximum flexibility for indoor and outdoor use. Customers can choose between three- and four-wheel models with load capacities from 1.5 to 2.0 tons and lifting heights of up to 7.5 meters. The Traigo_i with its integrated lithium-ion battery reduces energy consumption by up to 18 percent and offers additional driving comfort thanks to its space-saving design. The optimized driver workstation concept and the fully suspended cab ensure greater ergonomics and productivity.

The new generation of low-level order pickers from the Optio L series enables even more efficient work – with a 22 percent higher platform lift height (1,195 mm) and a 130 mm lower entry height, it offers improved ergonomics and safety. In addition, 10 percent more efficient energy consumption ensures reduced operating costs.

The new BT Tyro pallet trucks (LHE130B, LHE150, LHE160), on the other hand, are ideal for less intensive applications in tight work areas. Features such as automatic speed reduction in curves and a creep mode increase safety. Low-maintenance lithium-ion batteries ensure smooth operation, and the LHE150 model also offers an 11 percent higher capacity.
