For a benefit concert in aid of the CS Hospice Vienna.

The EHL Real Estate Group, together with Caritas Socialis, received the ERSTE BANK Fundraising Award in the "Action of the Year" category. The award recognized the benefit concert held in March 2025 at the Vienna Konzerthaus, which was attended by over 1,850 guests and raised €111,050 for the CS Hospice Vienna. For three decades, the CS Hospice Vienna has provided care to approximately 1,500 people annually during the final stages of their lives and also supports their families. The proceeds from the benefit concert will ensure the continuation of this vital work and enable the provision of additional services.
The award ceremony took place on Monday, October 6, 2025, at the Europahaus in Vienna as part of the Fundraising Congress. Andrea Pöchhacker, authorized signatory of EHL Wohnen GmbH, and Sabina Dirnberger-Meixner, Head of Communications at Caritas Socialis, jointly accepted the award. This once again highlighted the excellent partnership and close cooperation between EHL and Caritas Socialis.
EHL Immobilien regularly supports charitable causes and has organized several benefit concerts for various charitable purposes. At the 2025 concert, CEO Michael Ehlmaier performed on stage alongside his son Tobias, who played the violin. This also sent a powerful message: solidarity and generosity are not only important within the family, but should also be extended to the wider community.

For me personally, it was a particularly moving experience to stand on stage with my son and combine the power of music with such an important social cause,” emphasizes Michael Ehlmaier, CEO of the EHL Real Estate Group.
