CPI Europe's new office landmark was the first existing office building in the entire DACH region to receive the highest sustainability certification in the internationally leading BREEAM assessment system.

The highest sustainability standards combined with innovative and flexible working environments are proving successful: Around one year after completion, the property on Wienerberg is fully leased, with only a few remaining spaces remaining. The "outstanding" rating under the internationally leading sustainability certification BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) is the highest rating a building can receive in this system. To date, only four properties in the entire DACH region have met these stringent sustainability standards. Among existing office buildings, the myhive Urban Garden on Wienerberg is the only one to date to achieve an "outstanding" rating.

"With the myhive Urban Garden, we wanted to set new standards in sustainability and tenant-friendliness in the modern working world of today and tomorrow. We are now extremely pleased that we have achieved this in two respects: First, by being awarded the BREEAM "outstanding" certification. Second, by the extremely high level of tenant acceptance. Of the total 17,600 m² of space, only two remaining spaces, each measuring just under 1,000 m², are currently available. An attractive mix of tenants has already leased the remaining space, including Cineplexx/Constantin Film Holding, Compax Software Development, and Hellmann Worldwide Logistics.

All of these factors were implemented at an exceptionally high level at myhive Urban Garden on Wienerberg, ultimately leading to the "outstanding" rating. The office oasis, developed by CPI Europe as a "workday detox program," was rated exemplary by BREEAM in numerous areas. These include: daylight availability, accessibility, and additional facilities such as sleeping areas, relaxation areas, and common areas, precise water monitoring via the central building control system, and climate risk analysis.
