VBV in discourse – the 9th season of the sustainability discourse series enters its third round.

The next episode of VBV in Discourse will take place online via Zoom on Thursday, November 6, from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The focus this time: Austria has long been considered a pioneer in the field of sustainability. Many of its companies are international industry leaders. Austria is particularly at the forefront of Europe in renewable energy, the circular economy, and organic farming. But: Does this assessment still hold? Are politicians and companies setting the right course? Or are Austria's performance records being glossed over and made sustainable? More and more studies show: Effectively managing the long-term ecological and social impacts of the economy and society requires significantly bolder and more consistent implementation. Where does Austria really stand? Is it on the right track? Where does it need more courage and rethinking?
