Under the motto “re:imagine CSR,” csrTAG 2025 invites you to the UniCredit Center at Kaiserwasser in Vienna – focusing on future strategies for resilient companies.

On September 17, 2025, csrTAG, Austria's leading corporate congress for sustainable business, will celebrate its 20th anniversary. Under the motto "re:imagine CSR," around 400 participants and 50 speakers will discuss how resilience, transformation, digitalization, and new leadership approaches can make companies fit for the future at the UniCredit Center at Kaiserwasser in Vienna.

"Sustainable business is a central responsibility for companies and society. csrTAG 2025 demonstrates how companies can actively shape the challenges of our time through resilience, innovation, and responsibility," emphasizes Daniela Knieling, Managing Director of respACT. "Especially in this anniversary year, we want to not only celebrate, but also set new impulses for the next 20 years. A special thank you goes to our members: Without their support, an event like csrTAG would not be possible. Thanks to their dedicated collaboration, we are also strongly networked across the federal states and value the open exchange that makes our work so effective."

Unique program with top-class speakers

For two decades, csrTAG has been the most important networking event for corporate responsibility in Austria. In its anniversary year, the event not only looks back at key milestones but also clearly focuses on the future: How can companies act responsibly and remain fit for the future, even in times of crisis, digitalization, and transformation?
Host UniCredit Bank Austria underscores the importance of the event: "As a long-standing member, we are particularly pleased to once again host csrTAG 2025 at the UniCredit Center am Kaiserwasser, thus providing an important framework for exchange and networking. The event highlights that sustainable business is not a short-term trend, but a strategically crucial topic for many years – and will remain so in the future."

Participants can expect a unique program in which top-class speakers, interactive panels and practical sessions provide insights into innovative solutions, future-oriented formats and transformation processes.
The sessions will be moderated by experts from business, academia, and civil society, who will provide concrete ideas for sustainable corporate management. Highlights include Simacek, Schachinger, IKEA, Crowe, myclimate, and many more.

"This year, csrTAG celebrates its 20th anniversary. Under the motto 're:imagine CSR,' we call on people to consider sustainability from a new perspective and seize the opportunities offered by ecological transformation. Sustainable business and economic success go hand in hand and are consistent with corporate objectives. Especially with regard to future challenges, the aspects of sustainable corporate management are not obstacles, but opportunities," says Peter Giffinger, President of respACT.

The program highlights include:

  • Impulse by Marcus J. Scott (CENTRE FOR EUROPEAN POLICY STUDIES) with a European perspective on sustainable transformation.
