Elisabeth Götz is a lawyer and focuses on topics in the areas of compliance, investigation, white collar criminal law as well as ESG and sustainability, Aldi Süd KG until 2024 PORR.
Wolfgang Hussian has been working as a lawyer at PORR since 1998, head of the company's legal department since 2004, chairman of the legal committee of the Construction Industry Association, deputy chairman of Committee 015 (contracting) at Austrian Standards International, vice president of the Austrian Society for Construction Law and the Construction Industry, lecturer at the FH Campus Vienna and a long-time speaker and specialist author.
Georg Krakow is a lawyer in Vienna, head of the Litigation & Regulation department at the global law firm DLA Piper and focuses on issues relating to white collar criminal law and compliance & investigations. He has extensive experience in criminal prosecution, criminal defense and in dealing with criminal crisis situations. He is a lecturer at training and continuing education courses at universities and educational institutions and is the author and commentator of numerous publications on criminal law and compliance issues, some of which he has edited.
